Lorraine and Douglas were very knowledgeable about the local market. They brought in a stager, we did not agree with all of her suggestions. We did what she asked, and I have to admit, she was right on with her suggestions and they played a big roll in selling our property. Lorraine and Douglas were always available for our questions and it was through there efforts we sold for a way more then asking. I would recommend them to anyone selling or purchasing, you will receive top notch service.
